    they lied to a 80 yr old man who has dementia about the cost, in their contract you have to pay to have the panel's removed if you decide not to keep them and still pay the cost of the panels they damaged equipment at his house and refused to pay to fix it and now they are trying to take his house

    I hope you never get on their mailing lists, because if you do, you'll never be able to get off again. I've told them at least half a dozen times that I'm not interested and want to be removed, but it literally changes nothing. They even use different phone numbers, so I can't just block them.

    In many ways Axcess Energy exceeded all expectations, and in others they could have been better. I would and have recommended them to others. …

    We are happy with our solar system now. SmartSolar has a very good salesman who knows how things work. I was a little disappointed initially because they were slow in getting my system up but once they started it, it went pretty fast. Overall, will give them 5 star because they know what they are doing.
