Its one and two star share is 13 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 348 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 134 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I was promised 6 months of free payments by Axia as part of the agreement when I signed my solar contract. I was told that once the installation was completed, the promotion would be processed and that it would take approximately 4–6 weeks. It has now been 8 weeks, and nothing has been resolved. When I contacted Enfin, I was shocked to be told that they “don’t know what I’m talking about” regarding the 6-month-free promotion that was promised to me during the sales and contract process. Trying to get help from Axia has been even more frustrating. No one answers my calls or responds to my email

I was expecting a smooth process for getting solar panels installed, not the headache that actually happened. Communication was terrible from the start, I had to call multiple times just to get a basic update on when work would begin. Then they showed up late twice without even notifying me, which was incredibly frustrating since I had to take time off work. They also left some mess in my backyard and didnt clean up properly after themselves when they finished the wiring. One of the panels has a small chip that I pointed out to them but the guy just said it wouldnt effect performance and brush

Use this service only if you want to ruin your home. The service is abysmal, and they are completely unreachable. Just three years after the work was completed, my perfectly good house now leaks rainwater whenever it rains. Initially, they admitted the fault was theirs; however—likely because the repair costs would have been substantial—they sent a second person who then claimed it wasn't their fault after all. They are nothing but liars.

Newer company for solar. They keep going until they got it correct. Been having problems with battery backup due to installer who no longer works with them. Been working with them for 6 months to get this corrected. Still working on getting it fixed.

Installation of my solar system went great! The workers were polite, worked hard and kept the work site very clean! Awesome job!

Everything from the initial interaction with the sales rep, Chantelle, to the final installation was handled very professionally and in a timely manner.

Great outfit. Workers are very professional and informative.

- It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
