Its one and two star share is 7 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 480 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 102 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Felt completely ignored the whole time, waste of a day and a huge misake to go with them.

I am extreme dissatisfaction with the way my solar installation project has been handled. The entire experience has been marked by broken promises, missed installation dates, and a complete lack of communication. There has been no communication with us whenever the schedule or plan has changed. This situation is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I have never seen a company with such poor communication and customer service. Simple installation of solar panel and powerwall takes more than three weeks and still not completed

No support. Can't even talk to anyone about their product. Only by email. No customer services.

Had some service work today in the field and needed help from Q cell customer support. Thank the stars for Johnny. Man was able to help me knock two cases in very quick succession. Definitely a dedicated team member who knows how to handle his job in an efficient manner. Hoping to get him on the line any time I need troubleshooting.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.
What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
