    We purchased a home and officially owned on 6/24/26. Tesla still has not given us access to our account. Good luck getting through on the phone, there is no time estimate provided and I gave up after 90 minutes on hold on a Tuesday around 10:30am (aka not peak hours). Additionally if you try and chat online they provide you the ONLY communication method to establish your new account as an email address. I emailed them several times and was told it could take weeks to get access to our account. No reason why. At 2 weeks I reached out again and they responded 3 days later and said they forgot us

    Horrible experience with Tesla Solar. Our inverter failed, and it took 5 weeks just to get a tech to show up for a diagnosis. Now, two weeks after being told 'parts are on order' from SolarEdge, we are still sitting in the dark with zero communication. We’ve had a dead system for nearly two months with no end in sight. Their customer service is a black hole. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually supports their products.

    I'm a huge Tesla fan and own a Tesla EV, but tesla solar is terrible. Made me wait over 1 year during which I missed higher electricity purchase rates, just to tell me they can't install the powerwall in the garage and I need to remove the main gutter of my house. I canceled and will look elsewhere. Overall, bad or no communication, bad response times, misleading, arrogant, terrible. Sad.

    These guys worked on my two-story home with a somewhat complicated roofline, but they still managed to design a system that looks balanced and neat. I was impressed by how carefully they measured everything before starting installation. They also took extra time to explain how the system would interact with my existing electrical panel, which gave me confidence that it was done properly. Production has been steady since activation. It feels like a well-executed project.

    I didn’t know much about solar inverters before this project, but the staff took the time to explain microinverter versus string inverter setups. I ended up going with the microinverters for panel-level optimization, since part of my roof has partial shading. The installation has worked great under those conditions. The guys who installed were very efficient, and the electrician explained all the wiring thoroughly. It’s been working for months without a problem and I feel like I learned something along the way.

    We had a good experience with this company. They took care of everything from permits to installation. Our system has been running perfectly for a few months now.
