Got me running around gathering data to quote a forklift battery, and claimed it wasn't worth his trouble to try. Frustrating customer service

Bought a car battery here thinking it may not be the best price but surely the best battery. I also had some household batteries I wanted to recycle, as their website says they provide this service. I went into the store and asked about household battery recycling, and the man behind the counter said there's no need, and that they're safe to throw out. At this moment I should've turned around and left, but my car's battery was completely dead and I didn't know enough to catch that BS. This is a person who works in a battery store after all. But... Even if they are safe to throw away, why is th

I was there this morning to get a battery replacement for my Casio watch. He told me "it's easy to change as there was no need to remove the wrist band". After changing the battery I asked him to reset the clock which every battery place does. He told me he didn't know how to to do it. He charged me $20 and the receipt says "difficult watch battery install" $15.81 and for the CR2025 battery itself was $3.95. I will never go there again.

Super quick and hassle-free service — walked in and was out in just 10 minutes with my watch running like new. At only $12 for a battery replacement, it’s incredibly affordable and great value for money. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fast, no-fuss fix!

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
