    Unsolicited Text messages. Direct violation of FCC rules, regarding to marketing to those on the do not call list. For context, I have had solar for 5 years, and I am on the do not call list. There is no situation in which I would have signed up for Solicitation from a solar company.

    I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by Blue Raven Solar & SunPower. It has been over eight months since my solar panels were installed, and the entire process has been a nightmare of constant delays, technical errors, and poor communication. The company made several critical mistakes on my DTE interconnection application, including listing the wrong equipment, which forced a complete restart of the approval process months after installation. Even after receiving Permission to Operate (PTO), the system is not producing solar energy as expected, and the company h

    DO NOT USE BLUE RAVEN. Terrible company. They don’t hold their promises, installation takes forever.

    Everyone at Blue Raven is informative, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly but the company(now SunPower) is excessively overstaffed resulting in a pedestrian organizational pace as responsibilities shift from one department to the next. The only time the staff moved quickly was to secure my deposit. They also dropped the ball when approval for the project was delay. (I contacted the city and discovered that a permit had not been submitted) We signed the contract the first week of Sept but it is now two weeks before Christmas and the system is still not turn on.     The installing crew was great. My rep was great also.the department that makes the schedule and getting the permits needs improvement took 6 months to finally have the panels installed. Overall great experience with installers and my rep

    I received quotes from four PV companies. I had a great experience with Tim during the proposal. Once my system design got through engineering, permitting and the interconnect application when smoothly. My system was installed over the Thanksgiving. It took about 5 hours and the guys were great. I'm looking forward to the activation, energy savings and a tax rebate! I definitely recommend Blue Raven Solar (now SunPower).
