Strawberry Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in Detroit whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Strawberry Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  We were so excited to get Solar. That was back 4 months ago. We never heard from Strawberry Solar again after we were approved. We thought they just dropped us (they did, later). I heard from Detroit Edison that everything was approved on their end, that was in May. We finally heard from a sales representative they had too many big 100k jobs and could not spare anyone for a 10 panel job; oh and our city didnt give them permits via email or fax so they became disgruntled and canceled us. "The straw that broke the camels back" is what we were told. WOW really? I would NOT EVER recommend this com

  It’s important when you’re spending a lot of money on something like a major solar investment to be working with the right people - and I’m here to say Strawberry Solar is solid in every way. They did everything they said they would do - when they said they would do it - and the work was first rate. From the electrical work (they work with some damn fine electricians) to the panel install to getting the permits - the work was fantastic. And they’re nice guys!! 5 star - highly recommend and we love our new system!

  My only complaint is that I didn’t go solar sooner! I couldn’t recommend Strawberry Solar enough. The team was professional, efficient, and had my entire system installed in just one day. They really are a well-oiled machine. They also installed a Level 2 EV charger for my car, which made the whole process even more convenient. We’re over the moon with our system. Even with the A/C running, our DTE bill was only $12 this month. If you’re thinking about going solar, Strawberry Solar is the company to call!

  Strawberry solar installed a 15 kva array of panels along with the equipment needed for operation. We had a couple of disagreements along the way, however from start to finish, I felt that they were a class act company and would certainly choose them again.

Its website also mentions financing and years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
