Had our solar panels installed several years ago. I cannot get ahold of them. Their number is disconnected and when I’ve emailed them, I have not heard a response.

The guy who sold us these panels did not disclose the price hike after 1 year of monthly payments would increase. Or the fact we needed to have batteries in order for the panels to even do anything.

Would not recommend this company at all. Very unprofessional, no communication with us or within their company. When it came to financing we were told that we was approved gave us a payment, but we seen no paper work and after 17 months the payment went up $70 a month. System was not wired correctly in the beginning and they wouldn't respond to our calls. Not worth the headache.

Here’s your punch list before you purchase or have a solar system installed. * Research, collect references from past customers, check reviews etc before you hire. * Research how your local energy company purchases and charges you for your your system output. They buy it cheap and sell it back to you high and the extra energy you generate is not banked for your cloudy days. * Ask for a guaranteed activation date once installed. The installation took a day. The actual activation process was a long nightmare. Wrong info was sent to my local energy company causing delays and they aren’t exactly f

I'm super excited to Go Solar and start saving money. Charlie did an amazing job and gave me a great deal.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
