Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Burbank. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I highly recommend Best Solar ! Victor spent time with me to help understand my bills and panel readings , Greg came out and did a thorough examination and gave me solution. Victor's quote was reasonable and fair and Greg's workmanship was great . They got me back up and running with my system as promised . Great service !

Victor is a hands on, knowledgeable and trustworthy professional who guided me through the process of purchasing solar panels. I knew nothing about solar energy so was reliant on his expertise to find out if this was the right play for my home. After just a couple short months, we are producing solar energy and doing something really beneficial for the environment. Best Solar 4 Less has a crew of amazing technicians who showed up on time, as scheduled and cleaned up after installation to make sure all is orderly. I highly recommend you go solar and use Victor to get you there. 5 ⭐️ performance

We hired Victor and his company to install 20 solar panels on our home. Victor and his team were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure the approval and installation process went as smoothly as possible. His quote for the install was competitive, and he and his team were always communicative and did their best to respond to our questions and concerns. Thank you, Victor!

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

What reviewers keep mentioning

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • 24/7 availability

“your home reliable, clean energy 24/7 Be more energy independent with the…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
