    Sunrun changed the plans of installation without notifying me after I signed off on design plans. Since installation we had 1 month of successful operation and then months of technical problems. Sunrun does not monitor your system like they claim to. They will not fix anything unless you bring it to their attention, and even so I’ve been waiting seemingly indefinitely for my broken system to get fixed. No one will call or email or communicate in any fashion with you after your system goes live regardless of the issue apparently.

    I had an installation for 7-9am today. Nobody showed up. Nobody called me, nothing! Not just that they would be running late nor would have to reschedule. I had to call them 2x. On my 2nd call, I was then told that they will have to reschedule. Nobody had the courtesy, respect, decency, nor basic service standard to even reach out to me to inform me. Just plain wrong. These batteries were going to be north of $26K. Looks like I will just get a generator since they obviously don’t care. Check out my other reviews, it takes a lot for me to leave anything but 5*

    Get multiple bids guys. This is the most expensive system. The sales team is great but thats not to YOUR benefit.

    Considered going solar but decided against it. Salesperson Cody , however, was extremely accommodating with his time and knowledge.

    The service was great! All the details were explained thoroughly including my questions. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

    So far everything has gone to schedule and work has been completed as agreed to without issues
