The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 166 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.
Every company we hold in the Burbank area, on one axis

This company is very good at collecting money, and absolutely terrible at performance of install, as well as response to problems. Here is a timeline for a reported roof leak. 1/15/2026 - My husband initially reports to LA Solar that we have roof leaks 1/22 - He follows up because we didn’t hear back from the roofers 2/3 - He follows up again 2/5 - LA Solar lets us know that they’ll send a crew out in 2-4 weeks 3/30 - Husband follows up again 4/9 - Finally get a reply to the March 30th email. Assured it would be ’soon’. 4/14 - Got a message the technician was in route. Technician couldn’t dete

Update 6/2/2026 The batteries still aren’t commissioned. Some of the issue is SDG&E, but 6+ months from installation? We’re in fire season again and I genuinely don’t understand how or why this has taken so long. Update 12/16/25 - The batteries were finally installed! Process took way longer than hoped or expected, but the work got done. I'm appreciative of the team members who stepped in to help move things forward. UPDATE 9/15/25 - It’s been another 2+ months since we posted the original review and a year since our original agreement. More promises, but still been no work on our project. Wor

I left a negative review after my initial installation, which took months to complete. All along the way either no communication, promises unfulfilled, and even outright lies. Now I'm having trouble with service. I reported a roof leak on January 15th. It is now April 9th, almost 3 months later, and I don't have an appointment for them to come out and check it out. Their excuse... their roofing team has been busy in the field lately. Presumably that means they have a lot of leaks. So three months of backlog fixing their leaks? Obviously beware.

Isn’t it strange that all of their reviews come from people that don’t have a real picture and all have less than 3 total reviews? 🤔🤔 …

From the very first call to the completion of our solar installation project, the project manager and the entire crew were incredibly patient, helpful, and responsive. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar energy. They took the time to answer all our questions, walked us through every step of the process, and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. The installation was smooth, professional, and completed on schedule. The project manager was especially outstanding, her communication was clear and timely, and she genuinely cared about making sure everything went

We called and had an appointment the same day. The technician was a big help and very knowledgeable. He fixed our issues quickly and kept us in the loop on what was going on. Definitely recommend.

This solar system is great, probably the best one in the market, and the sales person and the distributor were honorable. It was difficult sometimes to communicate with the technical department but at the end they came through with what was promised. I am satisfied and i am looking forward to adding more panels to achieve even more savings while i do my small part to save the planet. On sunny days, i do not use power from the grid and in general the system produces good production of the total needed in a given month. I am waiting for the summer months to assess further. Thank you, it was a go

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
