Its one and two star share is 6 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 519 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 15 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

We had solar and a new roof installed in July 2024. The LA Solar Solutions representative/sales person promised us a refund from LA Solar Solutions for 3 months worth of payments. To this date we have not received anything from LA Solar Solutions plus the representative/ sales person has quit LA Solar Solutions due to the dishonesty he experienced at this company. I’ve contacted Cece of LA Solar Solutions and explained everything to her and she just ignores my calls. So this company is not about customer satisfaction, just about themselves. My wife and I are elderly and what they did to us is

I had a great experience working with them. They replaced my roof and also installed solar panels, and everything came out really nice. The team was professional, showed up on time, kept me updated throughout the project, and made the whole process easy. I’m very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roofing or solar work.

The best solar company in SoCal hands down. They treated me with the best service and care. Fair pricing, great product and the sales person was on point. This is a legit company.. what we have experienced in the past has been a nightmare and it’s nice to have piece of mind in this purchase

I hardly give any business for the review except LA Solar company. They are really so nice and so helpful. I highly recommend them to you!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“solar solutions with a variety of financing options INCLUDING LOW CREDIT SCORE that do…”

  • Family owned

“Fernando Valley of California, our family-run business has been dedicated to…”

  • Years in business

“dedicated to assisting homeowners for more than 8 years. Through partnerships with reputable…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and 24/7 availability, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
