    It's taken FOREVER for them to install this system. The DAY BEFORE OUR INSTALLATION APPOINTMENT - literally 6 months after purchase, they called to reschedule. So now, due to our plans, we have to push the install out another month. As a veteran, I chose THEM. As a consumer, I do NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

    We had our solar installed by them last 2015. Our solar hadn’t been working and I needed someone to come and fix the problem but it’s so hard to get a hold of someone just to get a schedule for appointment for someone to come in. I’ve been passed around many times and it’s already been a week calling and waiting for them to schedule an appointment , they keep saying I have to wait for their email and still no one called back and no email to get a schedule. Every time you call it’s just operator that talks to you who has no clue of what‘s going on and their only answer all the time is for me to

    Review for Semper Solar – San Diego My husband and I chose Semper Solar in San Diego because we believed they were a reputable and trustworthy company. Unfortunately, our experience after installation has been very disappointing. We later discovered that the warranty provided was only one year, which was surprising considering the significant investment solar systems require. Recently, my husband noticed that one of the lights inside the power box was off. After contacting Semper Solar, one of their panel technicians helped troubleshoot over the phone and informed us that one of the panels was

    I had 2x Tesla Powerwall 3 batteries installed by Samper Solaris in my home with already existed solar panels , due to my main circuit panel did not meet the Powerwall 3 requirement, it had to be upgraded also, the whole process took over 8 months from the time of signing the contract until project completely finished and final inspection done. Scheduling each of the steps from upgrading my breaker panel to installing the batteries and getting multiple inspections took months in between. I had to constantly following up with my sales rep. to get updates on the progress, I almost given up on it

    Easy to speak to involving technical solutions to system not communicating with network. Eager to resolve the issue. Josh was thorough and followed up with texts/emails with pictures and step by step instructions.
