Ive had my solar panels for 4 years and has been a great investment until my hardware has failed. My panels have been off line since May this year, I filed a claim once i was aware in july. I have reached out to LGCY over seven times regarding my ticket and every time they report “we’ve not heard back from the team lead in your area; we will update you once we do.”. Now Im not only paying the monthly solar panel bill but a full electricity bill on top which is another $200 monthly. I requested a supervisor to call me to file formal complaint over 5 days ago and have yet to hear from them eithe

The solar equipment is great all nice good quality stuff install guys are great, but whoever was in charge of making sure the material and all the parts were here. They can complete in one day did not Check before they sent everything out with the guys. And they said they’re gonna be on Friday they complete it and no one showed up and then they sent one Saturday. The guy was great this attack. Make sure everything was working and the stuff was not working properly after he left batteries aren’t charging and not Off grid so the solar is not working correctly trying to get a hold of somebody to

Not happy with the installation I had no AC for 3 days had to get an electrician here one day then the next day an Hav electrician then again an electrician from Solar came and finally fixed the issue. Both the electrician and HVAC said it was something your guys workers did. That’s what I kept saying from the beginning because I never had any problems or issues with my air conditioner until solar was but in this Week on Wednesday. This should of been handled from the beginning but the technician electrician from your company kept telling me it’s not something we did and he came the following

Guys we're friendly but had some time issues. Also they left a major cord unplugged and my garage refrigerator and deep freezer was not plugged back in. Today I my tankless water heater wasn't working and had to get a plumber out to see what was wrong. The guys must have, what they thought was nicely, put a cover on the vent for the water heater and so it wasmt getting air. So I had to pay for that call. Anyway, guys were super ice and appreciated them but overall wasn't the best experience.

I was very impressed with Cameron and Nate who came to lay out the whole Legacy plan and commitment to their clients for my wife and me. They made sure we understood each point before going to the next. We were very impressed with their openness and transparency during the entire process. As one who spent 30 years in marketing, I know that it is not always the case.

Exceptional experience with a thoughtful, friendly, and professional staff. Outstanding Team leader, Martin Koulikov, was a joy to work with, guiding me through the entire process, as a kind and helpful friend.

Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau, Yelp and ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
