Zero Down Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in Lakeside whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Zero Down Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

absolutely horrible company. they do not understand customer service. they like to think they provide excellent service and the only way they do that is to belittle the customer and make him look stupid. go else where if you want reliable solar installer that treats the customer respectfully.

This company ignores the Do Not Call list and just randomly cold calls numbers. Then, when you ask why they ignore the Do Not Call List or if you ask to be added to their internal do not call list or to be removed from their calling pool, they hang up.

We made the decision to install solar Q4 2022. Simon managed the project from design to the SDG&E Authorization to Operate. He communicated status throughout the project and jumped in to help troubleshoot technical issues during the commissioning. Zero Down was able to navigate the supply chain backlogs of the time and procure the components without any backorder delay.

Simon and his crew were great. When our project needed some extra attention he went out of his way to be available. And the pricing was very competitive.

I highly recommend Mark Wynn & ZDS. He's a true and seasoned professional with the experience and wisdom to save you money while increasing the value of your property and reducing your carbon footprint via going solar The Zero Down Way. Thanks Mark!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Bonded

“you hire is properly licensed, bonded, and insured in your state or…”

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Lakeside is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
