    I had microinverter possibly go and had a warranty and called Enphase. They explained to me that I was covered and that BVI has to be the group to come and fix the microinverter. In all fairness, BVI didn't install it but they are the company that purchased or who took over the agreement for zero energy. When I first called BVI, I spoke to Jasmine and she said she would help me wih the issues. However, after several weeks I got no return call and she was not picking up the phone. Eventaully, I finally got a hold of Zack and he said " Jasmine doesn't work here anymore but that he would be assis

    Working with BVI Solar has been a great experience. Their pricing was reasonable, the work was quick, and they helped me connect with a good roofer to get all needed work done at one time. I am impressed that when I had a couple issues come up nearly four years after installation, they worked efficiently (and tirelessly) to get things resolved, keeping in regular communication along the way. I couldn't be happier with BVI.

    Fast and efficient install. BVI also provides great customer service by making sure all my questions were answered during and after the install.

    Working with BVI was a great experience! They got me on their schedule super quick and communicated constantly to let me know what the status was. It only took 2 days for installation and they handled everything with SDGE. When it was approved to turn the solar on, they walked me through troubleshooting the system and setting it up on my phone. I am very happy I went with them!
