    Sales representative (Ryan Meryhew)said things he would do for me during the initial visit. I had been in contact through the install and he kept telling me he was setting up my critter guard and panel cleaning service. After job was completed he stopped answering my calls and texts. Contacted customer support and they would not return calls. Emailed customer support with screenshots of text messages from the sales rep with no response. Finally got a call from another person at SunPower. I provided the same information to him. He said he would be in contact with me. Never heard back from him.

    The lady driving this little truck on 880 os going yo hit someone weaving in traffic and cutting people. Male passenger with her too.

    The team at SunPower did a fantastic job organizing, facilitating and supporting the entire job from beginning to end. The project management team was outstanding as well as the installation coordination. Even after the installation was completed, they stayed In touch to this day just checking in to see how things are going. Their customer service is phenomenal, and always willing to answer even the most silliest questions. My electric bill went from 200+ dollars a month to just $17 which is a connection fee. We are beyond happy with their product. Update: 2-4-2025 The collapse and bankruptcy

    Update from my last post. I like the product but they could have done better in communication to the customer. I have a solar panel system since 2016. I have been happy with it until recent the inverter stops working. It is under warranty. At the beginning, it was very difficult to get update about the fix. I had to call and wait on the line to talk to the customer service. After waiting for more than 2 months, finally they did the warranty work.

    Rae was very efficient and quickly resolved my problem. She also stayed on the phone with me while I reset my password to make sure my account reset.

    Bing was very patient in helping me to change my password on the app using my computer. WE DID IT!
