Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in the Worcester area. Across Massachusetts, 107 of the 198 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 3 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

They came by and did excellent work with removing and remounting my panels while I got my roof replaced. The team that came out both times was quick, professional, and personable. Honestly I think the workmanship was better than when I first had them put on! Would highly recommend them if you're looking for any solar-related work!

We became "solar orphans" when our original installer declared bankruptcy. Our existing system (and roof) was severely damaged in a storm, and C&L was recommended to us by our insurance adjuster. Our roof repairs kept getting delayed, and Brad from C&L was very responsive and understanding about us having to reschedule multiple times. The installers were friendly and showed great respect to our property. The system went up very quickly, and we were making more power than ever before by early afternoon. Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
