    Terrible customer service. Had installed end of 2025, had to constantly call to check on status of the project. On paper the owners were “always available” but only answered once and other times went to VM. They also forgot to submit my schedule Z form (or even told me about it), until I called Eversource since I wasn’t getting any credits. Pros: the rep, Steve was super helpful, the panels look good

    I found the Venture personnel I interacted with to be very polite and helpful. My issue, the cause of the low review score, is the length of time I experienced between panel installation in mid-May and system activation on August 10. My home has its electric meter located about 300 feet below the house. Wiring in a conduit comes from the meter into the house. While National Grid must bear some responsibility for the delay in activation, I expected the pre-installation inspection and processes to identify this potential problem. After installation, I lost the ability to generate electricity for

    Don't trust what the sale presentation claims. They show pictures of roofs with no wiring showing but my house has three sets of wiring showing. Took me numerous calls to get the critter gaurd installed and it is nothing like the rep showed. It is more like what they say they don't do. Very unhappy with the install.

    After meeting with and evaluating several (read 6) solar companies, we chose Venture. They are excellent to work with. They are transparent in their pricing, communicated really well throughout the pre & post installation process, and delivered on every commitment they made from layout to installation. There was no high-pressure sales tactics employed, and we were treated as knowledgeable partners. We are happy with our system and feel well supported by the Venture Solar team.
