We had solar panels installed on our house in May 2019. We reached out (for the past 2+ years) with questions about our bills and the possibility of something not working correctly. One time they sent a guy out to hook up our system so they could see our usage remotely. That was not done correctly, so I had to figure it out (with some assistance over the phone and through emails) myself. More months went by with little to no communication. I felt like I kept getting the run around as to why I hadn't been helped. Fast forward to July 2023. No resolution or contact from Carlson since May 11, 202

This is an update to a review I posted in October. I had concerns about the communication from Carlson Electric, but since then they have been very communicative and the project is now installed and on line. my updated rating is mostly because the work crew who spent 3 days at our home were fabulous. They were polite and clearly knew what they were doing. We could not have asked for better. They deserve this 5 star rating.
