Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in California. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 17 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

These guys are GREAT!! Vicente helped me initially to remove & reinstall my solar array for roof repairs. He was so great - knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced and super friendly - he has been my go-to guy for everything related to my solar & battery backup system ever since!! They are responsive, courteous, prompt, honest (to a fault) & generous - washing my panels just as a courtesy! Give these guys a call with your electrical needs. You will be glad you did! Thanks again Vicente!! 😃🙏

CaroElectric, LLC is amazing! I called them almost before the sun was up and they were at my home before noon the same day! Professional, friendly and incredibly easy to work with! Call them with your electrical needs! You won’t be disappointed!!

Highly recommended, definitely get your solar work done by them. I don’t think other companies can compete with their quality of work and price.

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“Caro, a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the electrical and…”

  • Bonded

“: We are licensed, insured and bonded, ensuring safe and efficient work on…”

  • Insured

“Craftsmanship : We are licensed, insured and bonded, ensuring safe and…”

  • Licensed

“* Expert Craftsmanship : We are licensed, insured and bonded, ensuring safe…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under electrical.
  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Vallejo is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
