    Rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I sent my utility bill the moment Allan’s team asked for it. Joseph clearly did not read it and spoke to me like he was doing me a favor. When I questioned the quoted average of $342 because it did not match my SMUD bill, he replied, “That’s what you provided and it is from SMUD.” That is not an explanation. That is lazy. I have every right to ask questions. Instead of answering, they got defensive and rude. If they cannot do the job, they should not take it.     Solar Optimum I would highly recommend finding a different solar company. I rarely write reviews, but this has been the most frustrating experience. I am an existing solar optimum customer. I had panels installed 4 years prior. Initial experience went fairly smoothly. But I am now looking to upgrade my system. Looking to add more panels/battery and a nonexport system to help with increased demand from my household. Spoke very quickly with sales representative. I was being charged WAY above market rate at 4$/watt. Sales person mentioned they would let me know 24-48 hours after initial meeting a

    Our Tesla wall circuit breaker was arcing. Corey checked the system out, identified the problem, replaced the circuit breaker and patiently explained how it all works. Their fees were much more reasonable than competitors

    The installation process with Solar Optimum went smoothly. When my project was escalated, Gerson (a manager) helped guide me through everything. He explained each step precisely and handled corrections professionally. My system is now up and producing. I’m very happy with the results!
