Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Roseville. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 26 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Roseville whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Cascade Power is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Major misunderstanding with this company. After speaking with Pres. Sasha I believe now may have been inadvertent (and I had not seen any complaints similar to mine in other reviews.) I have removed my earlier derogatory post, but did end up taking my business to another vendor.

I live in Northern California around lake Oroville up in the hills. I have a ground mount system. I worked with Chad at Cascade Power. He was excellent, professional, personable and went above and beyond for me and my project. My installation contractor was All Wire Electric Inc out of the Fresno area. Mike was wonderful. He and his crew worked hard and fast. They cleaned up after the install. He was available for any questions I had. Again, professional and personable. HOWEVER: the company “Freedom Forever” was a complete disappointment! They were professional enough but ultimately didn’t tak

Cascade Power did a great job on installing solar for my husband and I. I don't normally leave reviews, but they did such an exceptional job I thought I'd give some feedback. The process was very easy, they handled everything. We didn't put out any money upfront to get the solar installed. Sasha was my sales rep. He was very knowledge and answered all of our questions. We came into this not knowing anything about solar and left the conversation feeling very comfortable. I have referred my cousin as well and they love their solar system as well. Highly recommended!

Every person staffed in this business is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. Best experience I've had interacting with any consultant. 10/10 recommend.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
