  I wish I could give zero stars. I was looking to have my solar removed and reinstalled for a reroofing project. I have contacted several companies/contractors to ask for a quote. Capital City Solar charged me $225 just to come out and take a look. I found that unusual since none of the other companies had asked me for money just to give me a quote but I went with it and paid. A technician showed up, took a look around and told me I will get an email with a quote.   BRAVO ZELDA [you did good] My solar involves 3 parties. SUMD originally came out because the solar power was not not feeding into their grid. Found the solar circuit breaker tried,reset and breaker started chattering. Home warranty co. [AHSl sent out electrician who said breaker was OK. SMUD back out still low voltage.
