Unfortunately, they do not pay their subcontractors in the roofing space. Roof replacements were completed about a year a go and we still have not been paid. They ignore us and don't respond anymore. This is horrible for small business because it affects us deeply and affects the homeowners because they won't be able to get a full warranty on their roof since the roof was never paid by Cazeault. Be very careful before hiring a company that does not pay their subcontractors. Subcontractors can put a lien on your home if they are not paid.

Choose them since they were local and a family business but ...Sales team was great, Mike the tech was awsome, install for the solar and battery went well, however SPAN panel that they installed doesn't work correctly, after many calls still no solution but they want me to pay the final installment even tho the system is not working properly. Reached out to Joy, which was my contact and the contact on the website, she is no longer there along with many of the other people I dealt with. Her auto response redirects you to Alvin at another company but the email gets bounced back since the email a

Sales was smooth as silk. We intentionally hired Cazault b/c they were a local mom and pop in Gloucester - owner is the brother of the building inspector, we were told. Installation was fine, professional. 6 months later, our Envoy communications panel is offline, solid red lights. 50 emails and v.m. over 6 months, not a single response. Luckily I snagged the personal email of the salesman early on and he tells us Cazault was bought a year before he sold to us. His repair service fee is $500 but he's alluding to doing it for free, not sure. I'm a builder with 2 new high end houses lined up thi

I couldn't be happier with my solar installation. Cazeault is all you can expect from a vendor. These guys are the real deal from evaluation of site, installation, and interfacing with various inspectors and the electric company. Their representatives are courteous, knowledgeable and just good guys. If you are thinking solar, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My wife and I recently had a 34-panel solar system installed by Cazeault Solar. The level of professionalism and expertise we received from them went beyond our expectations. We had several companies bidding for our system, and while Cazeault was very competitive with the others, their sales, service, office staff, and installers set them apart. Cazeault was exceptionally professional and extremely responsive. They were also respectful of our property and made sure to take aesthetics into account, endeavoring to minimize any disruptions to our schedule. Additionally, they were very clean and c

Cazeault replaced part of our roof last week. It is no longer leaking, so we are thrilled with that! But we were really pleased with the respect for my in-home business - they were willing to schedule around my work and made sure there was access for my clients at all times. They also did an unbelievable job cleaning up - my front yard looked better after they left than it had looked before the job. We will use them again when it is time for the rest of the roof to get done!

What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Its website also mentions financing and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.
Elsewhere
- Google also lists this company under heating and cooling, roofing and windows. A company that does both roofing and solar can handle the roof work a panel install often needs.
- It is also reviewed on GuildQuality and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
