Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Vero Beach. Across Florida, 258 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 77 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Vero Beach, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★35%

Each mark is one company we hold in Vero Beach whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Climatic Energy & Water Solutions is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Watch out for owner to put a lien against your house and doesn`t tell you. Paid off early on a 90 day same as cash deal... didn`t find out about lien til I went to sell house, 4 1/2 yrs later. He never took it off. Held up sale of house. Would never do business with this Co. again..... This was a house at the beach and we always have verry good credit!!

Would not use, they do not stand behind their products. Broke under 2 years refused warranty. Stay far away.

DO NOT USE!! They do not do what they say, do not schedule properly, do not appreciate their customers and they do not value your time. My solar panel was removed by them for a roof replacement, I called when the new roof was complete, 2 months later still not reinstalled. When they did reschedule, they did not show. Kelly in the front office is great but thats where it stops. Steer clear

I have had one of their solar pool heater systems for six years. When it works it is great. But mine breaks down at least once a year. A bad sensor was installed on the roof which caused the system to toggle on and off far too much. That overuse broke other parts but it wasn't until about the third or fourth incident that a repair guy checked the roof. Since then the sensor that measures the temp of water returning from the pool had failed. My experience may be unlucky, but it certainly hasn't been the "no-maintenance" system the sales guy promised.

I was in need of a solar panel company that would help me with my leaking panels. My neighbor referred me to Climatic Solar. From the moment I was on the phone with the company I knew they were going to be good. My appointment was set up for my convenience. Ivan came out and immediately noticed the problem. He explained everything very well and told me what he recommended. Ivan then worked very diligently. He cleaned up after himself and then explained every item on the bill. I'm very happy with this company. Climatic Solar is an honest and good company to deal with. Kudos to Ivan for his grea

Erik from Climatic is extremely knowledgeable and honest, which you don't always find in this industry! He took the time to walk me through everything to ensure I understood the solar system and what I was getting. Highly recommend!

This company is friendly full of experience and outstanding workmanship. Their workers are always on time. They follow up with all their calls and are very honest and very reliable with the work and what has to be done. They do not try and upsell any systems or anything and only what you need is what they will provide. One thing I can say about this company is that they are affordable and very good at what they do… Any questions dealing with water systems or pv/ batterie backup knowledge is there and ready to be explained….

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

“solutions for homes and businesses since 1979. From home water filtration and…”

  • Better Business Bureau

“service requests fulfilled; and an A+ Better Business Bureau rating with NO complaints... we think…”

Its website also mentions financing, warranty, free estimate and years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
