Its one and two star share is 12 points above the typical installer in the Vero Beach area. Across Florida, 117 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 138 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Vero Beach area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Sunergy is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Synergy is the worst company to install your solar they start by giving you the worst lecture That you will be giving money back by following your taxes with the government, that’s the first lie they installed the Solar sent a bunch of teenager kids who have no experience to install a solar in the wrong position on top of your roof. You’re not getting any sun to the Solar. The solar is not producing no energy for your home. Don’t get Solar from synergy then nothing but scammer.

Seems to be prevalent with the install then apply for lending. They blitzed in Missouri, didn’t secure financing before installation and left a customer with a dead system on his roof for a year. Now the customer is incredibly frustrated trying to sell a house with a non PTO’d system. Also read the contract and they specifically say that home owner has to insure the system themselves. Definitely a hazy company to work with

If I could give a negative 1000 stars, I would. I am paying more for my electricity bill than before solar. I'm so disappointed, and feel like I've been taken advantage of.

I've been putting off solar for other large projects around the house, but after my experience with the Sunergy introduction team, I'm happily moving forward today. No more batteries needed, the panels are rated against hurricane winds, they can be removed if my roof needs repairs since Sunergy also has a roof service, and I begin saving vs my current average electric bill on day one. Thank you Rachel for the warm welcome and providing no pressure to meet with your engineering consultant. Tyler, thank you so much for your time, and answering all my questions honestly, with no pressure. I admir

We have had the most wonderful staff from Sunergy. There are two that I want to say have been absolutely amazingly professional, supportive and knowledgeable. They are Anthony Santiago and Roberto Espinal. As a commercial has said “ We love these guys “! No problem too great that they won’t go the extra mile to fix. I could go on and on but my space and words would run out. Best at what they do and their customer service is outstanding!

The team overall worked in the best interest of the customer. Did a great job on our roof repair and solar panels installation. They are the best!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Angi, HomeAdvisor and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
