Creative Energies

Each mark is one company we hold in Salt Lake City whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Creative Energies is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

If you want a company that seems to be polite but will not respond these are your people I called and spoke to Hayley. Traded a few emails with both Hayley and Kellen. They always said they were busy and would get back soon. Soon to them meant usually a week. I emailed Kellen and asked him specifically to let me know if they were too busy to help me with my solar issues and got no response. I am not in your system because you never gave me a chance to be a customer

The Creative Energies technical team has been great. They stepped in to deal with a faulty system that Action Solar spec'd then failed to honor their warranty. Thank you Creative Energies!

Creative Energies installed solar at our home this summer. From the process of getting a bid until the final install they were professional, showed up when they said they would, and did quality work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to getting solar installed.

Creative Energies is the premium solar installer in town. They are highly professional, will recommend what you need and have your best interest in mind (the status of B corp is not easy to get and requires vision and commitment). They are professional, timely and do a great job. Thank you Creative Energies.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Years in business

“installing Utah and Wyoming solar for over 20 years. At Creative Energies, we tailor…”

• It is also reviewed on Angi and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
