    ****Update***** ES solar has not even tried to make this right! This has been a really bad experience. Our solar went out again for months due to a warranty issue and we were supposed to get refunded our electric bills and after nearly a year, no refunds! This is an unethical company! Go anywhere other than ES SOLAR, trust me We used ES solar for our home. What a MISTAKE! After nearly 2 years and $46k for the system which did not even incluse a battery backup, we REGRET ever using this company! Please, go anywhere else other than ES SOLAR. We were promised not to have an electric bill. We rout

    This is the worst customer service company I have ever dealt with. They were good when they were working to sell us the system, but once we signed the contract it was chaos. we purchased 38 solar panels and a battery backup with the system. It took aver 3 months to get it installed. The battery constantly shuts off, and I have to reboot it each time. This time it is completely dead. I called their customer service number 3 days ago and was on hold for about 10 minutes, when it said I could leave a message and they would call back. I left my name and number, but the call never came back. I call

    Been waiting since April for them to come fix the power quality of my system. The most likely cause is improper grounding. I called and emailed them multiple times.

    UPDATE: ESSolar sent a drywall crew to repair the damaged drywall. The Good: Salesman and technicians easy to work with, very good finished product. The Bad: The roofing company ESSolar now uses painted our solar panels (ESSolar fixed), and missed properly installing shingles in an area, resulting in damaged drywall during a rainstorm. ESSolar then sent a different roofing company to fix the improperly installed shingles, and so far, so good. Final Thoughts: The hassle factor with this firm has been quite high.     I highly recommend getting a system from ES Solar. Excellent workmanship and service and discounts. You will be glad you did it!

    People were friendly and fast with the installation. The approval by the electric company took minutes. They explained how it works and showed us the app that keeps track of the solar and battery contributions happen. I would recommend them to family and friends.
