  Contacted about a EV install, told I would be contacted last Thursday to come by the house to do an estimate. Never got a call back. Tried calling multiple times.. no one ever answers? Can I get a call back? 4.9 stars and never expected this.

  We contacted several places including DGP and most didn’t even contact us back at all. David did immediately, professionally gathered information on what we needed, helped us get to the right decision using relevant data, then provided a quote and next steps. Throughout the entire process, David kept us updated. If there were delays, David contacted us to let us know. The installation process was challenging for them, but easy for me.   David and his crew did a fantastic job installing an 8 megawatt system to my home before the tax break cutoff. We used them through the Solarize Louisville program which brought us peace of mind that they were vetted and approved by the city. Although many unexpected issues came up throughout the project, the crew always followed up and made sure to correct anything needed.
