Solar Energy Solutions

Each mark is one company we hold in the Louisville area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Energy Solutions is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I called about getting a battery array hooked up. I left my information and what I was looking for by text and told I would be called after the weekend. Surprise, I was not contacted, but have now been without power for six days. This is exactly why I tried to get an electrician or solar company to work with me and as usual no one even has the work ethic to follow up. My advice, if a company doesn't call back or do what they claim every time you are asking for problems. I don't know where I'll find someone to do solar battery work, but it won't be here. Thanks for putting me in exactly the sit

I purchased a solar array from Solar Energy Solutions thru an initiative…Solarize Southwest VA. My to biggest concerns were curb appeal and system longevity. I was assured by Ben the SES sales person that my system would be monitored and all failures would be warranted and repaired for 25 with the exception of the SolarEdge inverters which would be warranted for 30 years. I rolled the dice on the curb appeal. My installation was completed in October of 2021. A flawless installation, crew was friendly and knowledgeable. When they left my property the only way you knew they had been there was th

Ben and Patrick were awesome to work with. They were professional and punctual. I would highly recommend them to anyone with solar needs.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Financing

“bills Increase home value Flexible financing options Expert installation & support…”

Its website also mentions family owned and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
