Solar Energy Solutions

Each mark is one company we hold in Louisville whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Energy Solutions is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

So unprofessional. Invited me to a team meeting that they had to send out the meeting invite for. They didn't send the invite until almost 15 minutes into the meeting and then they canceled the meeting because I didn't join the meeting in time. I literally sent them photo proof that I didn't even receive an invite to the meeting until it was already almost 15 minutes underway. Incredibly unprofessional. I'm 2 hours behind Louisville at the moment so I woke up at 530 to attend this meeting and never even got the invite until they canceled it themselves.

Added this after teams reached out to help me after bottom part of this review. After writing the review they reached out and tried to make it right and for that I’m thankful. They truly do seem like they are professionals. I’m glad they reached back out with respect and apologizing for a few mistakes that happened. Everything I read this company was top notch in solar. It seems in my case something has got lost in the commutation. 1st Inquired about solar with back up battery. Got a call was told to text or email for communication was great. I then text my energy us for the year right over. I

Had solar panels installed through a different company that ended up going out of business. My inverter got an error code and i needed my replacement installed. Solar energy solutions quickly communicated with me about what they needed to do, upfront pricing and estimated time of completion. The technician called ahead of time to let me know he could come early. Daniel was friendly and efficient, got done early, and took payment from his phone conveniently. Very pleased with this company over my last. Also worth noting another company I called to have them install my inverter was less responsi

I was happy with the installation and service of Solar Energy Solutions. They keep you informed of whats going on and when its going to happen. The craftsmanship is top notch, it was a neat, clean installation. I was surprised ( and impressed) monrhs after the installation when we had bad weather headed our way that one of their guys called and made sure I knew how to set up the powerwall for the event. I give them an A rating for sure

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
