If I could give it 0 stars I would!! They are 100% a scam. They lied about the rebate we were to recieve and now our bill has hiked! There are multiple class action lawsuits against them right now. I suggest you look up lawsuits in your area and see if you can join, if you have been a victim of this shauty company.

My solar has stopped working. Still under warranty unable to fix. I found out they are out of buisness. Any help well appreciated. $30,000 out the door

They never finished the application and put solar panels on our house illegally. They are not working at all and my electric bill increased. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Install of Solar system went well, installers were polite and got the job done quick. Edit, One year later and the install isn't complete. One of the installers come back and installed a bidirectional meter base, the company hasn't yet paid the local electric company the fee to install the bidirectional meter. On the app it shows with the amount of panels installed I'm still over 50% grid dependent. After multiple calls and emails we still haven't gotten any conclusion. Now the company is closed, no one will answer calls or emails. Do not recommend anyone use this company, they are crooks. the

They are a great group of people. Worked with us closely and answered all our questions and explained everything really well. The guys that came and did our installation were very good at thier job and very nice and polite. They had our installation done in a day. When they showed up it was raining and they went right to work as soon as it let up and didn't stop until the job was done. After it was done they went over the system with me and answered any questions I had. Really pleased with them.

Design One did a great job with my solar installation. The conservation package and solar panels has significantly reduced my energy bill. Jeff did a great job with his presentation and explaining the solar panels and process of installation. But everyone needs to do their own research to be able to make a informed decision it is a long process and a learning curve in doing what you need to do as a home owner in reducing your energy usage also. For me after 7 months I love my solar panels and look forward to seeing the savings down the road because we all know that will only continue to go up.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
