Akino Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in Tennessee whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Akino Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Is this company closed? I had a good experience with this company a couple years ago but trying to follow up on something and I cannot get an answer by text email, etc etc etc. I have been trying for weeks. I get messages saying they will call back but I think they have some much automated stuff going but no one at the helm.

Have been without our solar due to fuses per Generac. They referred us to these people. We have left messages for three days now and no call backs. Very poor customer service!

Two man crew was young and inexperienced however, they got the job done in two days.if you are out of the state or Tennessee forget trying to get your panels installed.I have panels off of my roof since late Dec 2025 and they are still down.after several attempts to get the company back out to install them I finally reached out to another company to get my panels installed.

Akino Solar technicians Caden and Corey came out and troubleshot the problem with the new panels, Maxeon Solar had sent out. Maxion Solar Solutions was not able to help as their phone number was no longer in service and they have Stopped business in the United States and filed reorganization in their home country. The text did their best and found there was problems with the snaps from Generac. Generac is sending out new parts and they will be back as soon as the parts get here. I also had a second PV link that was showing lockout error and they troubleshot and repaired that. Very professional

The team was through and on time. They identified my issue and are working to resolve it. I'm very thankful for all the work the team has put in on trying to identify the issue with my setup from another company. I will be signing up for their customer service program.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
