Its one and two star share is 50 points above the typical installer in Delaware. Across Delaware, 2 of the 18 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Delaware whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Desol LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Update: Horrible customer service. Run. I was sold on it being a small company and everything being done for you. They do everything in house blah blah blah. Let's just say AFTER the contract was signed I found out from my neighbor who referred us that he cannot get contact with anyone. They made him out to be a liar and after I reached out to the sales rep everything on my neighbor end started to get better. My neighbor told us everything had gotten better so we continued with the process which I regret. No one called or emailed saying when they would come out to install. I had to reach out t

After installation nowhere to be found. Never received Delmarva Rebate. Never calls back. Power bill has only been reduced 50% on a 106% offset system. Long story short, go with Tesla.

At first I was skeptical about how much solar could save me, but DESOL really surprised me by how much cheaper it is to have solar. The presentation was very informative and easy to understand! 10/10!

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Hockessin is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
