Its one and two star share is 16 points above the typical installer in Alabama. Across Alabama, 4 of the 17 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 3 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Alabama whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Eden Energy LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

We hired EDEN ENERGY to install a commercial 400kw Solar System and after the contract was signed and the first draw was made it went downhill from there. Our biggest mistake was we didn't get them bonded. They have taken 99% of the contract dollars and left us with a system that is only perforrming @ 70% of what they said it would do. They did not stand behind their vendors or their workmanship guarantee. Our system has been up for 3 months now and only 75% of it is working. They have not maintained it and wont even return phone calls or emails. I will admit the owner is knowledgable about So

Knowledge, skills and experience... I am so glad they are my solar experts. After installing a residential solar system, my installer went out of business leaving the labor warranty and promises undeliverable. So Eden offered to do a service call, monitor my system and optimize system performance. They're knowledge of the system, time and patience we're greatly appreciated. I highly recommend these experts, with the honorifics/certification to back it up.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Fort Payne is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
