Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Wisconsin. Across Wisconsin, 28 of the 58 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 12 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Wisconsin whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Elevated Solar and Electric is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Ross and Brandon (owners) were both great to work with. We liked talking directly to the people who were going to do the design and the installation, vs just a salesperson not involved in the installation. We got estimates from 5 different companies and Elevated Solar had the best/lowest estimate (for the same panels/system). They also were very knowledgeable regarding the solar installation and roofing aspects and provided great service. Brandon & Matt did the installation. Melissa emailed estimates/other communications in a timely manner & answered my questions. They were the only company re

My original solar provider filed for bankruptcy and left an incomplete job on my hands. Elevated Solar finished it for me no problem. Their staff is really friendly and keeps you updated on your project. They go the extra mile with working with WE Energies and handling all the legwork so you don’t have to. Another plus is that they have offices in Wisconsin, rather than another state where you wouldn’t have a chance to pay them a visit if needed. If you’re looking for great service and intelligent technicians, Elevated Solar is the place to go.

Great Solar installation. Ross & Brandon worked with us through the whole process. Thanks!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Licensed

“providers in Southeast Wisconsin licensed for commercial solar applications,…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Wauwatosa is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
