    The bulls crew was terrific for the install. 10 months later I couldn't get them to come back to take care of a power loss in to my house issue.

    I had a disappointing experience with Empower Home Services that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, my interactions with this company have led me to believe that they do not honor their contract agreements. It seems they are more focused on acquiring new clients than fulfilling their commitments to existing customers. One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience has been the lack of customer care. I encountered numerous issues with the service I was supposed to receive under my contract, and attempts to address these concerns were largely ignored. It’s disheartening to feel like

    Salesman, Josh, was really nice at first. When my wife and I informed him we would not sign his 25 page, 25 year, contract without reviewing it, he changed his attitude. Became cold as ice. I dont care how great the product is. I dont respect high pressure selling.
