Its one and two star share is 15 points above the typical installer in Kentucky. Across Kentucky, 8 of the 37 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 12 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Kentucky whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Empower Solar LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Door knockers ignore No Soliciting signs. Don't give this company business.

I began installing extra solar panels at my house with Empower at the beginning of April. At this time, I’m still waiting for them to get the job done. I’ve been getting all kinds of excuses and they don’t comunícate with me what’s done, what’s needed, why the city doesn’t approve their work etc. If I don’t call them or reach out to them for questions they could care less. The only calls from them I get are to ask how satisfied I am with the work when they all ready know how tired I am of waiting for them to get the job done. I got a call on Monday about the same thing. I need for someone to c

After being interested in solar and getting a quote from the solar door to door salesman, Looked the local solar dealers and read their reviews and decided to get a quote from Josh. His quote was 3 times cheaper, if you count interest, 4 times cheaper. Josh listened to you and configures a system what you are asking, unlike the bigger players out their. Josh tells you the truth and doesnt sugar coat anything, even if it works against him. I suspect this company will take off once solar gets more popular in Lousiville. If you dont believe me that no one that has put a review up, they are all 5s

Empower Solar installed 22 panels on our house about 4 years ago and they've made a massive difference in our electric bill. Josh was great to work with. He believes in what he does and is good at it. From the financing to the technology he's knowledgeable, competent, and efficient. We are so pleased we chose Empower Solar and can't recommend them enough.

These guys were fantastic! They took care of me the first time. Friendly, easy to work with. They actually explained what they were doing to me and didn’t brush me off like the annoying customer I am. Compared to my last installer, this company should Be the one people go to.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Richmond is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
