Its one and two star share is 15 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 120 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 27 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Worst customer service experience. They're really good at making the sale and doing everything up until the installation, after that they are nearly impossible to get a hold of. A few months after my solar panel installation I had a roof leak which they attempted to "fix" 3 times before they finally got it patched up and destroying my kitchen ceiling in the process. Now I have a second leak in my master bedroom which ive been waiting on a "call back" a week and a half now. Both leaks happened where the panels were installed and the worst part is my house isnt even 7 years old yet and already h

Edit: Changed back to one star would be zero if that was possible. Their lack of communication has not improved. The number on their web site is just a busy signal. And the secondary number the called me from (after sending an email to …

Completely Disappointed in this company. Be sure to do your research before you use them. MORE TO COME ON THIS REVIEW... August 2024, we purchased solar from this company. It is June 2025 and we still don't have access to our solar, BUT THEY HAVE ALL THE MONEY... ...Stay Tuned...

Javier and his team did a great job putting on a new roof. Would highly recommend!

Javier, with Evolution Power and his crew did a professional job installing the metal roof at my residence, they did not stop until the job was complete.

Honestly, this should probably be two separate reviews, but here we go in one! When we bought our home in Tampa (moving from California), solar was one of the first upgrades we wanted. We’re big on renewable energy, and with all the talk about changes to net metering in Florida, we wanted to move fast. I did my homework, got several bids, and actually found Evolution Power through our neighbors who used them. After comparing systems and prices, it just made sense — their pricing couldn’t be beat, and they handled everything from the permits to the HOA approvals. The entire process was smooth,

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“disruption to your life. What kind of warranty and support do you provide? We stand…”

Its website also mentions insured, licensed and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
