Its one and two star share is 19 points above the typical installer in the Virginia Beach area. Across Virginia, 14 of the 118 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 65 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in the Virginia Beach area, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★35%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Virginia Beach area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Expert Solar Pros is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Called and emailed numerous times with no response. I believe the business has closed permanently as of now.

My frustrations run deep with this company since signing my contract. They've lied and do not care about you, the consumer of their "ASSURED" product. I suggest going with literally ANY other solar company. They will not respond to MONTHS of attempts to resolve issues. Run far away before this company runs with your money.

Awesome customer service, and they really hope they take care of you.

Brandon Caylor was great from start to finish! He kept us informed the entire way from sale to system completion. I’m so glad we made this investment in our home. Needless to say We have almost eliminated our reliance on Virginia power during the summer months and keep being amazed by our systems performance.

Many thanks to Mr. Ron Wayne and Expert Solar Pros for inspecting and repairing missing roof shingles due to extremely high winds Christmas Eve. Their timely response and professionalism are greatly appreciated.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
