  SunPower sold solar panels and installation services to my 90-year-old father. The Installation company is Blue Raven which is Sunpwer which is under Enphase Energy. The salesperson who handled the sale was charming and really knew how to sell his product. Chase did an excellent job of being attentive to my father to earn his trust. During the panel installation, the installer told my father that he needed to go into the attic to inspect the installation and retrieve his tools. While doing so, the installer fell through the ceiling into the living room leaving a large, open hole in the ceiling

  My experience with SunPower’s door-to-door sales representative was quite disturbing, to say the least. The interaction began with the representative ignoring multiple prominently displayed “No Soliciting” and “No Trespassing” signs posted on my property. My neighborhood also has a posted no-solicitation policy at its entrance. As a homeowner, I expect companies that market themselves with integrity to instruct their representatives to respect clearly communicated requests not to solicit. Next time, I will be contacting law enforcement. The sales presentation itself immediately raised concerns

  We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with blue Raven/Sun power. Of course we get the marketing phone call, my husband schedules appointment for them to come evaluate our property. Previously, we’ve had three companies come out and say it is not possible to get the output we would need because of our location. We have many trees. The other solar companies had mentioned if we were interested in cutting down our trees that solar would work for us. So blue Raven comes out and says we have More than enough sunshine available to Virtually eliminate our electric bill. Well, that has never hap

  At first I was very excited about getting installed solar panels on my small home, representative/seller explained to me that the smaller system was sufficient (approx $16,500) and that at tax season, I would get a government tax credit of approx $13,000). So i signed the contract for the small system, A few weeks later, while at work I got some docusign that I signed using my cellphone, assuming that was about the same system that I requested, the job was completed , and when I got the final paperwork of the job, it was over $50,000. So they upgraded without explaining to me first, they just

  Sam Carolus-Hager was great to meet with. He carefully explained not only the product and the process but also the advantages of the solar panels and the cost savings. He was totally professional and ultimately said that due to the shade cover from the mighty oak in my yard that I was NOT a suitable candidate. Thanks, Sam, for your honesty.

  Our consultant was very knowledgeable and presented everything professionally. Solar wasn’t a fit for my family because of our plans for the house in the next few years, and he was very respectful of our decision, which we appreciated.
