Renew Energy

Each mark is one company we hold in Virginia Beach whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Renew Energy is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

BUYER BEWARE - Renew Energy did not pay their roofing subcontractor (Roof Masters) resulting in a mechanic's lien being placed on my home. Renew Energy was paid for their solar panel install but failed to pay their sub. Roof Master made several attempts to collect payment from Renew Energy before placing the mechanic's lien on my home. Twice I was told that Renew Energy had paid Roof Masters only to follow up and be advised that payment had not been received. Although Roof Masters was eventually paid, and the lien released, it had a negative impact to my federal security clearance, my reputati

If people have no soliciting signs you need to respect their home. Just leave a flyer and walk away. I have two “no soliciting” signs on my door. One specifically says “don’t ring the door bell because the dogs will bark and wake the baby” which is exactly what happened. The sales associates admitting to reading both signs and when I confronted them they immediately went to say we wanted to let me know there will be work trucks parked outside my home. Then they mentioned dominion doing replacements work on stuff and they wanted a meter reading. I assumed because they didn’t introduce themselve

this company came to my acting as if they were representatives of dominion energy, and started questioning me as to why I havent read the flyers in my bill, and how my new meter was going to reduce my bill, dirty and underhanded practices, as i called them out on it, da's a friend of mine works for dominion and i text him about this, dont know if they are jokes or jerks, door to door in todays world could end up poorly. They didnt represent themselves as salesmen, they acted as though they were dominion energy representatives, so why would i ask them their names, once again poor practices, que

I rarely leave reviews, but this company genuinely deserves credit. From the office staff to the installers, everyone treated us respectfully and communicated well throughout the process. We had one issue where weather delayed installation by almost a week, but they called every couple of days with updates instead of leaving us guessing. Once work started, the crew moved efficiently and kept the property surprisingly clean considering how much equipment they brought. One installer even helped secure a loose fence panel after strong wind knocked it partly open during the job. Since turning the

I recently had solar panels installed on my home, and I was impressed with the entire process from start to finish. Brennan was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all the details about the solar system and its benefits. I felt confident moving forward with the purchase thanks to his professionalism and clear communication. The installation process went smoothly, with the team being efficient and respectful of my property. Though I've only had the panels for a few days, everything looks great and I'm excited to see the long-term benefits. I highly recommend

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
