    Awesome service individuals but pricy, $230 just to visit and $90 dollars every half hour is ridiculous for services that's required,contemplating returning this filtration system..

    I feel like I got scammed. I bought a home with a Rain Soft system. I called Rain Soft and they said they'd have someone come tune up the system and have the tech show me how to use it. The tech arrived, and I told him to let me know if he needs anything. A little while later, he called me and I went out to where he was working. He began to tell me about the work he had done, and telling me all the parts the system needed. He already did the work. The tune up charge was $239, which is the only charge I was aware of. In the end, he had done an extra $400 in work that I didn't even know he was d

    So far experience has been good only been 4 days since the filter has been in. Water is good, communication has been good. Ramos has been really helpful with any questions and really well at explaining everything.
