    I have a service contract with Rack to service my Generac backup generator. My bedroom HVAC system is not working and with the record cold weather we have been having in West Palm Beach, our bedroomtemperature went down to 60 degrees last night which is difficult for my wife and I who are in our late 70s. When our HVAC technician came out yesterday, he told us the problem was a defective Generac transfer box which is covered by my service contract with Rack. When I called to make an appointment, I was told by Rack that could not service my unit for a week which seems completley unreasonable co

    After years of being with rack(btw im not a property owner, but a manager) iv decided never again will I deal with rack for the following reasons. 1)Being hung up on as soon as I let them know im a manager for the property and not the owner. 2) Recently they've decided they want to have an Ai bot answering service. Constantly gets my information wrong. Constantly asks the same questions over and over again. THESE AI BOTS ARE THE WRONG MOVE RACK!!! your technicians hate it too. No longer do i have faith in rack during an emergency. We had one the other night and after dealing with the ai bots 4

    AFTER 16 MONTHS AND $20,000, MY GENERATOR FAILED THE MOMENT WE LOST POWER Sixteen months after signing with 1 Stop Generator (acquired by Rack Electric), and after paying over $20,000, my “whole home” Generac backup system did absolutely nothing when the power went out on November 21, 2025. We sat in complete darkness while the generator ran outside. Rack Electric was nowhere to be found—only a chatbot named “Jordan” answered the emergency line and tried to charge me $395 for an “emergency response.” This has been the culmination of an infuriating, incompetent, and dangerously unprofessional e

    Mathias has come out to service my generator before, and as usual excellent service from him. The company on a whole I am satisfied with from the time the installation was done which was some years ago. One place for improvement would be to contact clients when they are coming up due for service or when Rack Electric receives an error from remote monitoring , I have had this happen and did not receive notification, I had to find out about the problem from another source. As a customer paying for a service I should not have to monitor these things. Other than that I have been happy with the ser
