Its one and two star share is 13 points below the typical installer in Norco. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 8 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Norco, on one axis

Each mark is one company we hold in Norco whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. FRESH SOLAR is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Our windows needed major cleaning, Adrian did an amazing job, he left our window super clean. Thank you so much for your customer service and quick response you were very professional and explained the process well. We highly recommend you to any other customers Looking to get their windows clean.

Had a great experience with the Fresh Solar team. We had both the solar panel cleaning and bird proofing done, and from the initial diagnosis/pricing to the service and clean up thereafter, they were meticulous and thoughtful. It is rare these days to come across such professionalism and care, and should future needs arise, this is who I’ll be contacting. Many thanks again!

Adrian is efficient, on time, polite, and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend. Much more affordable than most solar cleaning companies!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Norco is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
