Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in the Norco area. Across California, 358 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 20 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Norco area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. LGCY Power is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Love it when their representatives ignore no trespassing signs and start soliciting on your property

Rude insistent sales person absolutely refused to listen to my first polite requests to get off my property when I told him I'm not interested. Poor kid just trying to earn some money, I blame this company for giving him the sense that it's OK to treat people that way. Do not give these people any business.

Leaves their cards and litters my property with visible no soliciting sign

After speaking with several providers, choosing Legacy was an easy decision — and that was largely because of Angel. From the very beginning, he stood out with his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help. No matter the question or concern, Angel was always available to guide us through the process and make sure we felt confident every step of the way. We’ve had solar for less than a year and are already seeing noticeable savings. The entire experience with Legacy has exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and support we received.

I’ve been working with Sergio on multiple projects! And let me tell you he always comes through, it’s rare to find people in this industry that actually do what they say they will! Truly a man of his word. They’re down to earth and easy to work with. Definitely would recommend them to family and friends and anyone else needing to go solar !

Shout out to my rep Sergio. I didn’t pay out of pocket for any of the equipment. I’ve had the system for over a year now. Everything has been working as promised.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“I Do? Solar production isn’t always guaranteed so there will be some months that are…”

Its website also mentions better business bureau, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
