Its one and two star share is 35 points above the typical installer in the Norco area. Across California, 64 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 23 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in the Norco area, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★55%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Norco area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Sunergy Construction Inc is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Horrible experience with them. They even don’t have good phone number to call, no customer services at all once you paid them. I don’t know how to get hold on them in regards to my micro inverter issues. Anybody has a good working phone number to reach out to them? There is even no phone number in google.

Horrible service, shoddy workmanship. Do not do business with this company.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Company! Stay clear from this company! It's been 2 years and they still haven't finished installing my solar system on my home properly. They put my batteries in a spot that was not permitted and tried to blame it on me. It's been 15 months and they still haven't fixed their mistake. The project manager Erica ignores my emails and calls, voicemail is always full. Customer service number no longer exists. They are TRASH avoid them at ALL Costs

We shopped around for solar and went with SunErgy, they were by far the most knowledgeable and professional company we came across. We really consider ourselves lucky to have found them. Carlos was the best, you can tell he knows what he is doing. We are so happy with our installation, it all went according to plan and schedule! We would give more stars if we could, highly recommend!

After long consideration we finally decided to move forward with Sunergy. Carlos worked with my family and was very transparent through out the whole process, any questions or concerns I had he was always available to answer them. Pricing was great, and they did a clean job I would 1000% recommend them. Thank you for helping me and my family eliminate our electricity bill. Don't hesitate to work with them!

I used Sunergy to install solar in my Norco home, they are very local to us so we wanted something we can stop by if any issues arise. Our sales consultant was Carlos he was very great and straight to the point when it came to numbers.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
