Its one and two star share is 6 points above the typical installer in the Norco area. Across California, 265 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 16 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Norco area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Growatt USA Distribution Center is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Partnered with big battery. Not sure what’s the problem. Inverter or battery. New $10k system not working Edit: Definitely an inverter problem and not a battery issue. I asked for assistance with an issue coming from a growatt inverter. Matt Welch was the tech helping me out. I was not aware of his one question rule. While he did provide an answer, my follow up question was met with a sharp response. I needed some clearing up, to which Matt Welch stated, “ that’s what I just said, didn’t know you needed to make a footnote out of it.” Next issue I have with their system, it goes in the garbage.

Absolute Junk! Inverter will make a nice addition to the wall of shame

I am sad to have to write this negative review! I purchased a unit and it is under warranty but without my knowledge I guess my purchase was from an unauthorized dealer. So the crack down on unauthorized distribution is felt by the customers. I’m sad to say this and I will not be buying any more growatt products and will not recommend them to anybody. :Response to company response:::::: I purchased from AMAZON! Even though you say check your website I could not find that section on your site! You know you made it and that it’s covered under warranty! Your company also has a location in China a

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • 24/7 availability

“generator connectivity to provide 24/7 backup power for regions with…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
