Its one and two star share is 5 points below the typical installer in San Bernardino. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 11 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

5 stars all the way. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and honestly way easier than I expected. The team took the time to answer every question my family had and made the transition to solar feel seamless instead of stressful. Customer service was top tier. Everyone was responsive, patient, and easy to work with, which goes a long way during a big decision like this. You can tell they actually care about helping people and not just making a sale. I’d absolutely recommend them to friends and family, discount or no discount… although I won’t turn one down if you’

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Big shoutout to Frost Electric Power for making our switch to solar way easier than expected. What seemed like it could’ve been a confusing process ended up being smooth, organized, and surprisingly stress-free because of how well their team handled everything. They communicated clearly, stayed on top of things, and treated my family with respect throughout the whole process. No gimmicks, no pressure, just solid customer service and people who actually care about helping. Definitely recommending them to friends and family. Great experience overall and looking forward to seeing the long-t

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“and the planet’s. Flexible Financing Options: We believe that going solar should…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
